About The Role

As Business Support Administrator, you’ll be responsible for enhancing the customer experience of the NCC by acting as the first point of contact for our valued staff, members and visitors. In addition to delivering exceptional front desk services, you'll play a crucial role in delivering timely and accurate administrative support to key stakeholders throughout the organization.

This dynamic administrative position will keep you engaged and productive, primarily based at our Emersons Green site with cover at our Filton site when needed.

So, what are we looking for?

  • Proven track record of managing a bustling reception desk amidst competing demands and a varied workload.
  •  Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of business.
  • Proficient understanding of estates and facilities management workflows.
  •  Experience of working as part of an estates team, raising purchase orders, contractor management administration and knowledge of the Building Operations Service Desk facility on TOPdesk would be beneficial but not necessary.
  • Able to work 8am – 4pm (with occasional 9am-5pm shifts) from our Emersons green site with ad hoc cover of our Filton site.
